About Colleen

I’ve worked in natural resource management for 10 years, including working with West African governments, municipalities and Federal agencies. I worked as an environmental consultant for eight years. I also have a masters in Political Economy (specialized in the political economy of water ) from the London School of Economics.

More recently I found myself drawn to food – realizing that is where the most profound connection we have to the Earth. I’ve been working with local farmers from Big Sur to Hollister since 2009. My business, Savor, is designed to do two things: help people get access to local foods and helping farmers make a living.
